AEM Peak and Hold Injector Driver

AEMs external Peak & Hold Injector Driver module allows ECUs that have a saturated injector drive circuit to trigger low impedance injectors with a true 4/1 Peak & Hold injector drive circuit.

AEMs Peak & Hold Injector Driver contains 10 independent injector drive channels. Each channel supplies full battery voltage to a fuel injector for rapid current rise, in order to produce positive injector opening. When load current reaches 4.1A (amps), the injector driver reduces the load current to 1.1A and operates as a constant current source. This condition holds the injector open, and reduces system power dissipation. If the current fails to reach 4.1A within 5mS, the driver module automatically reduces the load current to 1.1A.

MSD Boost-A-Pump

This new Fuel Pump Booster is the economical (and easy) answer for
your engines new fuel demands.

As boost pressure increases in the manifold, the MSD Booster will increase the voltage to the electric fuel pump to maintain the fuel volume. The amount of voltage is adjustable with a potentiometer from a range of an additional 1.5 volts to a maximum output of 22 volts over a range of 5 30 psia.

The Fuel Pump Booster should not be used on fuel systems without a return line (pulse modulated pumps).

EFILive V2 Scan and Tuning Tool

EFILive FlashScan Scan Tool is for enthusiasts and professional repairers, who need to retrieve and clear fault codes (DTCs), scan and log high-speed data and diagnose faults using Dynamic Vehicle Testing (DVT) commonly referred to as Bi-Directional controls.

The EFILive Scan Tool may be used to scan and log as many vehicles as your FlashScan interface supports. Black box logging gives you the freedom to log data under all circumstances without a laptop computer in the vehicle. Wide band O2, 5V analog voltage and thermocouple inputs allow you to integrate data from most external sensors directly with EFILives logged data stream.

Specialty DVT controls such as Crank Angle Sensor Error relearn (CASE), cylinder power balance test and manual idle control are all available in the EFILive Scan Tool. With DVT controls you also manually control functions in real time such as turning cooling fans on/off, control fuel pressure and many other functions.

View logged data real time, or play back recorded logs at a later stage. To assist in data analysis, data can be displayed in many forms virtual dashboard, charts, tables, and 3D surface maps. Create a visual cue that helps you diagnose faults at a single glance.

Integration between the Scan Tool and the Tuning Tool allows you to instantly pinpoint problem areas in the Controllers calibration. When you select a problem area in a log file, the selected data from the log file is sent to the Tuning Tool and the Tuning Tool highlights the calibration cells controlling the selected module at the time the problem data was logged

Auto VE tuning automatically corrects the ECM/PCMs fuel calibrations. Using data recorded by the Scan Tool, EFILive computes the adjustments to restore accurate fuel delivery to within 0.5% by correcting the appropriate tables in the Tuning Tool
